  Ben & Jason came out and over two days identified where the leak was. This has been isolated for more investigation.

  Mr Harris arrived within his specified time. Looked over the premises to try and find any possible leaks. Unable to locate any leaks, but explained how we could try to locate the problem. This is ongoing
