  Quality and professional work on a large project

  Ben and his team carried out a complete renovation of our property, taking it back to a bare shell and undertaking a substantial internal reconfiguration, including a new roof and external render. The work was completed to an excellent standard, and Ben kept us informed throughout with regular walk-throughs to show progress and discuss next steps. During the build, a couple of historical issues with the property came to light. Ben worked closely with our architect and structural engineer to develop practical solutions and resolve them quickly, keeping the project moving forward.

  Extension over garage

  Pristine did an extension over our garage. Everyone that has worked on the project has been professional and the work has been of a very high standard. Ben was great at communicating updates to us throughout the project. Would highly recommend. We spoke to a couple of other builders before our project and were very happy with our decision to go with Ben and his team.

  Professional, well managed renovation from start to finish

  Pristine renovated our 1930s detached house and we were extremely happy throughout. From clear and thoughtful scoping discussions to a transparent estimating process, everything felt well managed from the start. Ben coordinated all trades and specialists, including structural engineering, steel fabrication, scaffolding, plumbing, electrics and plastering, which removed a huge amount of stress. Communication was consistent, issues were handled pragmatically and the quality of the workmanship and finishings is excellent. Professional, reliable and highly recommended.
