Ben and his team carried out a complete renovation of our property, taking it back to a bare shell and undertaking a substantial internal reconfiguration, including a new roof and external render. The work was completed to an excellent standard, and Ben kept us informed throughout with regular walk-throughs to show progress and discuss next steps. During the build, a couple of historical issues with the property came to light. Ben worked closely with our architect and structural engineer to develop practical solutions and resolve them quickly, keeping the project moving forward.

It was a pleasure working with Ben at Pristine. He has the best work ethic I've ever come across, and his honesty is refreshing in this climate... he is 100% trustworthy. Pristine did an extension over our garage. Everyone that has worked on the project has been professional and the work has been of a very high standard. Pristine renovated our 1930s detached house and we were extremely happy throughout. From clear and thoughtful scoping discussions to a transparent estimating process, everything felt well managed from the start. Ben coordinated all trades and specialists, including structural engineering, steel fabrication, scaffolding, plumbing, electrics and plastering, which removed a huge amount of stress. Communication was consistent, issues were handled pragmatically and the quality of the workmanship and finishings is excellent. Professional, reliable and highly recommended.
