  Lock replacement

  Just before Xmas (ie 23 or 24 Dec) the lock on our front door fell apart. We contacted BEN Locksmiths who came out the same day and confirmed that the lock was irreparable and they would need to order a replacement. They ensured there was an alternative method to secure the house and asked us to demonstrate that this worked before leaving. Delivery of the new lock was delayed by the manufacturer’s Xmas shutdown but they returned yesterday to complete the job. They were really nice to deal with and we were happy with their price. We would certainly use them again.

  Change of front door lock

  B.E.N Locksmiths were able.to.come in the same day to resolve the issue with my front door. We needed a new lock and this was replaced very quickly. They are always very polite and professional. This is the second we have used them and will do so again in the future if needed. I would highly recommend.

  New lock on front door

  What an amazing company. Jeanette takes the bookings, identifies the issues and is very helpful. They took the time and effort to sort out a problematic door on a new house move after another locksmith had made some mistakes. Ben went to a lot of trouble free of charge to work out the issues and to avoid a new lock. Would highly endorse this company. Both are very friendly and professional.

  The security system on my front door wasn't locking properly. I called B.E.N. Locksmiths, spoke to a charming lady and she sent the cavalry (well Ben in a very smart van). He identified the problem, did a temporary fix, and recommended the most cost-effective solution. A week later he came back and fitted the new locking system, left everything tidy and left. The invoice was very reasonable. Ben's company works for some very impressive corporate clients yet he still likes dealing hands-on with individual customers when he gets the chance. He also likes proper coffee :)
