Brilliant, courteous, efficient service. Went to the time and trouble to research the opportunity for a replacement garage lock mechanism as opposed to just replacing the entire door - which I really appreciated. A local business which deserves recommendation and support. Keep up the good work and I wish you every success.

Just before Xmas (ie 23 or 24 Dec) the lock on our front door fell apart. We contacted BEN Locksmiths who came out the same day and confirmed that the lock was irreparable and they would need to order a replacement. They ensured there was an alternative method to secure the house and asked us to demonstrate that this worked before leaving. Delivery of the new lock was delayed by the manufacturer’s Xmas shutdown but they returned yesterday to complete the job. They were really nice to deal with and we were happy with their price. We would certainly use them again.

B.E.N Locksmiths were able.to.come in the same day to resolve the issue with my front door. We needed a new lock and this was replaced very quickly. They are always very polite and professional. This is the second we have used them and will do so again in the future if needed. I would highly recommend.
