I called Ben this morning as I had no heating and hot water. He was busy today but agreed he could visit in the next couple of days. I then got a call back saying he’d managed to move some things around and would be able to visit this afternoon. He text me ahead of time to give me an ETA, he arrived bang on time and talked me through exactly what he was doing. He was able to fix the problem within a couple of hours and had me up and running. Ben repaired and re-fitted a leaking bathroom wet room floor refitting the shower cubicle area , his quality of work was very good and his communication was very good. He always turned up when he said he would do -and the estimated cost matched the final invoice.
