I called Ben this morning as I had no heating and hot water. He was busy today but agreed he could visit in the next couple of days. I then got a call back saying he’d managed to move some things around and would be able to visit this afternoon. He text me ahead of time to give me an ETA, he arrived bang on time and talked me through exactly what he was doing. He was able to fix the problem within a couple of hours and had me up and running. Nice guy. Reasonable rates. Job well done. What more can you ask for?

Ben repaired and re-fitted a leaking bathroom wet room floor refitting the shower cubicle area , his quality of work was very good and his communication was very good. He always turned up when he said he would do -and the estimated cost matched the final invoice. Ben also repaired two toilets whilst he was working for us and I would recommend Ben for future work.

Ben communicated well throughout, start to finish. Tidy, Honest and Reliable, I was very happy with the quality of work he carried out, and would have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

Ben is a very polite, friendly and tidy person. He is very thorough in doing his work and knows what he is talking about . He cleans up after himself your property like he hadn't been there. He is very reasonably priced and doesn't over charge you.

Ben was really professional. He sourced a good quality radiator, turned up on time, and even found solutions to issues that arose (I had boxed in a radiator and made it impossible to access the bleed valve - Ben found a nifty solution which avoided me having to tear the furniture apart!). New section of copper pipe work neatly installed below the floor joists, properly insulated and the system refilled and dosed with inhibitor. All radiators bled to ensure that the system was working ok. All in all, Ben completed the whole job to a high quality.
