Ben was totally professional throughout. Job completed on time, and to a high standard. I would highly recommend him.

Ben was really professional. He sourced a good quality radiator, turned up on time, and even found solutions to issues that arose (I had boxed in a radiator and made it impossible to access the bleed valve - Ben found a nifty solution which avoided me having to tear the furniture apart!). New section of copper pipe work neatly installed below the floor joists, properly insulated and the system refilled and dosed with inhibitor. All radiators bled to ensure that the system was working ok. All in all, Ben completed the whole job to a high quality.

We contacted Ben about a leak on our toilet. Ben responded to our message very promptly and made arrangements to come and look at the job. He gave us a time and arrived on time. Ben looked at the job and told us exactly what he thought the problem was and explained what work he would need to do. He contacted us later that day with a price. The next day we felt so re-assured that Ben was reliable and knew what he was doing that we asked him to quote for several other small plumbing jobs we needed doing. Ben completed all these jobs to a high standard. Would definitely recommend Ben.

Ben returned my call quickly, I sent pics of what was wrong and he sent a quote and a date for when he could do the work. He arrived when he said he would, he explained what he was doing and why. I am very pleased with what he has done and the quality and the design of my new shower. I also didn't need to clean up after he had left as he had left everything tidy.

Ben is friendly. polite and reliable . He does a great job and doesn’t leave a mess most important was communication the weather was bad on the day he was due to do the job but he text me to let me know he may be delayed rather than just turning up late I will definitely be using him again.
