    BE1 have my vote of confidence!

    BE1 did a stellar job of replacing the power shower that had suddenly died! Withing 48 hours of setting up this job, the boys were on it like a car bonnet, excellence doesn't come often but the boys Michael and Lawson were working like there was no tomorrow to ensure I would be able to have a shower after it packed up and left for the summer holidays! all questions asked and answered promptly, options needed for budgeting? given multiple choices, explanation of issues? given and resolved with minimal effort by the boys! I will be contacting them for further work when I need it next!

    Reliability and propped response’s

    After booking they arrived within the hour which was promised. They found the problem I had and advised me what to do. Both where very friendly / polite and definitely will keep there phone number for the future Adriana van Dijk

    Replacing an internal stopcock

    Not the easiest or most straightforward job in replacing a 80 year old internal stopcock that went into plastic pipes buried in a wall, but they did an exceptional job. Great communication beforehand and during the work. They turned up at the time promised and kept us up to date with their progress during the day. Would definitely recommend.

    Excellent Service!

    BE1 were recommended to us by friends and, in a large and competitive field of providers, we were so pleased to find them. The survey was arranged promptly, carried out on time and with expertise. Two issues were identified and the work was booked in, repaired within a week and guaranteed for ten years. The cost was reasonable and repair excellent. BE1 are reliable, professional, very easy to deal with and competitively priced. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who is looking for first class service.

    Fit replacement kitchen tap

    BE1 responded quickly to my request with a fair and transparent quotation. Within 2 days job was completed by Lawson who did a great job. Should the need arise I wouldn't hesitate to use BE1 again.... Many thanks
