    Blocked Drain Repair

    Mick was great! Lovely guy and cleared out our very blocked drain. Even replaced our u bend as well! Definitely recommend and would call him again for any drainage issues in the future.

    Replacing old shower

    They gave me a definite price in advance, arrived on the appointed day, and stuck to the quoted price, in spite of some unforeseen, incidental problems, which they sorted, without charging extra. They were concerned to get it right, which is always reassuring.

    Emergency drain issues

    Cannot thank this man enough, came to the rescue within an hour of calling. Not the 1st thing you want to deal with on the weekend. Thank you Michael. Most of all his politeness and respect for my property🙏. All problems resolved, would reccommend to others.

    Water Supply Pipe replacement

    I cannot fault the service received from Michael and the team at BE1. There was a sound of water in the pipes which I asked them to look at after receiving a very stong quote. On both the initial visit and for the subsequent booked in work the team were on time, friendly and very helpful. Communication was excellent throughout and the work has been completed to high standards. Michael even went out of his way to fix another issue in the property he had noticed and did not charge anything for this. Highly recommended and will be my go to in the future for any plumbing related work

    Fowel water, mains water and sewage pipe work

    Michael Barnes and his team from BE1 Property Services Ltd did a fantastic job fixing a sewer pipe problem, creating a new foul water outlook pipe and routing a new mains pipe to a new kitchen. I would thoroughly recommend this company to anyone who values honesty and integrity and expects the work to be completed on time and on budget.

    BE1 carried out a Drain Survey prior to property purchase.

    BE1 carried out the drains survey within a couple of days and liaised with the estate agent to organize access to the property. I was called with a verbal report immediately after the survey. This was followed by an email with a written report with videos of the whole survey and still photographs of the problems identified. They also provided estimates for the remedial work promptly.
