  I wasn’t on top of the world after very slow healing of torn ligaments in my hand. There was no way I could use the taps on my shower and in real danger of scalding myself BDM (Bryce) amazing. He listened to my concerns. Made various suggestions and allowed me to state what would work for me. Appointment arranged and time frame to suit me given I now have a shower that I can use in a safe manner. Exceptional customer service Excellent communication All in all an excellent service from start to finish Thank you Bryce

  Can’t recommend BDM any higher! Bryce from BDM was on time, courteous, carried out the work quickly and professionally, even noticing and fixing an incorrect switch that had been fitted originally, replacing it for one fitted with a fuse as it should have been. He also checked all the radiators were firing up, and left a handy sticker reminder of the boiler service date to save me having to write it down or remember. Many small points that made a big difference for me. Top work and 5 star customer service.

  Life saving work in the blink on an eye.

  What a fantastic company. We had a burst pipe under the sink at 8:40pm that started to flood the kitchen. We shut off water, called them up and Bryce was out to us almost immediately. In less than an hour from calling, Bryce had diagnosed, fixed and checked the issue and was leaving us very satisfied customers. Really nice guy, Greta service and saved our bacon, 100% recommended.

  We have used Bryce to service out boiler and central heating every year. He is always quick and efficient, he is thorough and ensures we are happy with everything. He rings to let you know when he is one his way or if there is a delay. Very good and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
