  Great service from Bryce. Came out quickly to sort out a long standing issue with our central heating system. Helpful, informative and professional throughout, completing the work quickly and efficiently. Rather than simply replace a part that had failed multiple times as other firms had done, he explained the likely cause of failure and recommended changes to prevent the problem recurring. Would definitely recommend.

  Fantastic experience- and love my new bathroom

  Fantastic experience all the way through. Bryce was lovely and clear with all communications. Quote was sent through the same day. Clear explanations re what was happening next. All guys who worked on the bathroom were here when they said they would be, were friendly and completed each job to a high standard.

  Repair a hole in copper pipe I manage to make

  While it was just a small hole I made in a heating pipe, as there was not a drainage point, BDM had to fit one for me. Despite their diary being very full, to make sure we had it working as soon as possible they found an early slot and sorted it out for me. I have used BDM before and will use again. Recommended - one of the good companies out there.
