From my first contact with him Bryce was most efficient and helpful. We needed a new boiler installed at our business premises and he gave a fair quote and provided all the information we needed. Most importantly he was punctual and the work was carried out in a professional manner whilst accomodating and respecting the needs of the people working at the premises. I cannot praise them enough and it is such a bonus to deal with someone who fully understands the needs of his customers and the respect he shows them. Having moved in we had no heating or hot water - one call to BDM and Bryce came out super quick and fixed the problem. Not only that he took the time to explain the work as it was happening. Arranged for Bryce to come and service my 91yo mothers boiler. He arrived super promptly, was so respectful of my mum and her home, and new exactly how to communicate with a deaf person. 10 Replaced a broken shower pump. And fitted a new shower to replace the current one.

Bryce actually turned up earlier than scheduled but informed us. He fitted a new pump and on resting, realised there was a problem with the shower mixer. He tried to fix the problem but we decided to go for a new one. Bryce was more than willing to fit a new shower as well. Just like the pump, he went to buy it himself.
