Excellent service, BDM’s engineer - Bryce, came out the same day and fixed my boiler, Bryce communicated throughout what was needed and the cost. He was efficient and once the job was finished he removed all rubbish. I was very pleased with the service, especially now I have a nice warm house! Would highly recommend BDM plumbing and heating.

Bryce responded to my enquiry shortly after I posted it on Checkatrade. He went out to my elderly customer the same day and resolved her issue of no hot water in a couple of hours. He was polite, friendly and very efficient - excellent service all round

Bryce and his team have done an amazing job on a modernisation of our gas and heating system. Taking out the old condemned system and replacing it with a new, safe and modern system. The work was completed on time and to a very high standard. Bryce sent updates during the job via WhatsApp so that we always knew what was happening. Top communication from a top team. Would highly recommend and will continue to use in the future.
