Right from the start Ben was superb. He quickly came to give a quote, which was very reasonable, and gave a realistic timeline for when he could do the work. He was very punctual, and very professional and friendly. He completed the work in a shorter time than forecast, and to a really high standard, we were thrilled with the result. He is very tidy and cleans up as he goes. He gave great advice about the materials requirement and was always available to discuss the job. Overall we were extremely pleased with the result and would give Ben the highest recommendation.
