  We had a level 3 home buyers survey completed on a house that we want to purchase.

  There was fantastic communication in the booking stages and he was able to fit us in really quickly which we needed! He made sure to ask if we had any particular concerns that he could ensure he looked at as well. The report that he produced was brilliant! Very detailed and you can tell that he took his time and worked through the whole house. We would recommend this company to anybody who needs a surveyor.

  Level 3 surveyors report

  Level 3 survey on 1920s house, once in a lifetime purchase for our family. Billy was personable and sensible on the phone before getting the job, and new the Barnet area already. Said he would go in as though buying the house himself. The comprehensive 106page pdf report he produced backed this up. My architect friend even commentated saying unbelievable quality and detail of report. Thanks to Billy we had the confidence to proceed with purchase and flag up important issues requiring attention from the sellers

  Billy was very professional,& very prompt in carrying out our survey - the report was very detailed and he was happy to go through it with me as there were quite a few issues in a year old property that needed addressing , fire doors in loft bedroom , missing sealant in all the bathrooms etc .   Affordable and punctual and courteous!

  Within hours of asking for a level 3 survey quote late in the week, Billy Joe Clarke promptly sent me a message saying he could have it done on the Monday with the report to follow a week after this! Billy was incredibly thorough, with an eye for discrete details, and able to discern potential problems even when some furniture and carpeting thwarted examination. His price was £300 less than other quotes I received as well. The combination of affordability and punctuality and kindness and courtesy and keeping me posted every step of the way is so very much appreciated. Highly recommended.
