Billy has provided a very professional service with an eye for detail followed by a comprehensive Level 3 report. I had some questions and Billy explained them over the phone, very helpful.

I have used BC Surveying to carry out three L3 surveys over the last 6 months. Billy has significant knowledge and experience in this field. The reports are extremely thorough. The report picks up from significant issues to the smallest issues, even a chip in the door. The three reports I have received are unique to each property and definitely not a cut and paste like you may get with other surveyors.
