Ben and his team were punctual, knowledgeable and professional throughout the works which included removal of existing tiles, battens and felt, replaced with new breathable membrane, battens, dry fix ridge and verge and re laying of existing tiles.

Ben was very helpful and professional. They carried out the work quickly and efficiently and we are really happy with the quality of the finished repair.

Ben was very good to communicate with and was accepting of our requests for work that was not completed to an acceptable standard to be redone. It would have been better if the job was not rushed or completed in non-ideal conditions (in the dark) but overall the job done was acceptable.

We had the roof felt and fascias replaced by BB Roofing. They were professional and prompt throughout and the felt replacement was done smoothly and without a hitch. The fascias did need some further work to correct some issues from the original installation with the height and some of the fit and finish, but Ben did this quickly and without quibble, with the end result being to a good standard.

Ben attended my property to survey the area of roof I suspected had been leaking. After completing this survey, he explained that some of the felt had turned very brittle and had cracked and split and was leaking slightly. He gave me a price to carry out a temporary repair to the area, which I accepted. He returned the next week with two colleagues to complete the work to a very satisfactory conclusion. While Ben was on the roof, he did do a survey, of which has been in place for sixty plus years & gave me a quote to refelt the roof, rebuild gullies, replace ridge tiles, point chimney.
