10 Repair of coolant leak

I bought a FF online second hand. We got it home and after a few days realised we'd been sold a duff that wouldn't get cold. I contacted Brian to come out and have a look at it and he came out the next day. He arrived as and advised it needed a new compressor after a full investigation. We arranged for me to order a part and he advised he would fit when it arrived. Despite it being an awkward fit he stuck with it and went above and beyond to get this working spending many hours. Brian responded in a very timely manner. After checking and diagnosing the problem, he fully explained the fault, and the cost involved in repairing it. After a discussion, we decided to proceed with the repair.
