Our fridge freezer wasn't getting cold or freezing, I contacted Brian who arrived on the day requested he was friendly and quickly worked out the problem and fixed it straight away

Had a problem with our Fridge-freezer (Freezer not cooling). Phoned Brian, quick response - polite, and clear instructions on the preparation of the unit to allow him to access the issue. He arranged a visit for the next day. Punctual per aimed arrival time; surveyed the unit, identified the problem and what was needed to mitigate the issue. Clean and tidy workspace during and after the work was conducted - thoroughly would recommend Brian's services.

Brian was very prompt and efficient. After he came the first time, further work was needed because part of coil pipe was still leak. He came back and fixed it free of charge without quibble

I bought a FF online second hand. We got it home and after a few days realised we'd been sold a duff that wouldn't get cold. I contacted Brian to come out and have a look at it and he came out the next day. He arrived as and advised it needed a new compressor after a full investigation. We arranged for me to order a part and he advised he would fit when it arrived. Despite it being an awkward fit he stuck with it and went above and beyond to get this working spending many hours. Despite his best efforts and another visit it was beyond repair but I would DEFINITELY recommend him.

Brian responded in a very timely manner. After checking and diagnosing the problem, he fully explained the fault, and the cost involved in repairing it. After a discussion, we decided to proceed with the repair. We found Brian to be very friendly and professional and would recommend him to family and friends.
