9.33 Complete refurbishment of bathroom and wc.

From the start James of BB Home Solutions was considerate of both financial and the physical aspects of my needs. He found solutions and adapted to give me a future proof bathroom for my requirements. Even though as always, there were a couple of hiccups along the project, they were quickly and efficiently dealt with. The main workmen eg those who did the majority of the work, were outstanding., particularly Jeremy who went above and beyond to make sure every detail worked for me, a real credit to the company. BB solutions replaced the horrible original bathroom suite in our house for us. They were realistic about the issues we would face and planned in advance for them, quoted accurately, and came back to sort some issues we had after the fit without any complaint. The competed the job to a high standard and were both lovely, friendly guys. Job location: BN12We went on holiday and left BB Solutions to do a full bathroom refit while we were away. There were a couple of issues that were dealt with quickly over the phone. When we arrived home the bathroom was complete. They did a great quality job and cleaned up after themselves, you would not know they had even been in the house except of the new bathroom.
