Polite and arrived on time, communicated well. Will be using BB Home again for boiler service next year.

From the start James of BB Home Solutions was considerate of both financial and the physical aspects of my needs. He found solutions and adapted to give me a future proof bathroom for my requirements. Even though as always, there were a couple of hiccups along the project, they were quickly and efficiently dealt with. The main workmen eg those who did the majority of the work, were outstanding., particularly Jeremy who went above and beyond to make sure every detail worked for me, a real credit to the company. James was recommended by a previous employee, I am so glad he was.

BB solutions replaced the horrible original bathroom suite in our house for us. They were realistic about the issues we would face and planned in advance for them, quoted accurately, and came back to sort some issues we had after the fit without any complaint. The competed the job to a high standard and were both lovely, friendly guys. We were really glad we went with them for this project and would happily use them again.

We went on holiday and left BB Solutions to do a full bathroom refit while we were away. There were a couple of issues that were dealt with quickly over the phone. When we arrived home the bathroom was complete. They did a great quality job and cleaned up after themselves, you would not know they had even been in the house except of the new bathroom. We would definitely recommend, James and his team.

Absolutely amazing service will definitely use they guys again they have been fantastic at fitting us in quickly really helped us out and the guy that came was brilliant coped really well with my autistic child asking him and telling him lots cannot fault this company. Cannot thank them enough
