    BB appliances are brilliant

    Ben has been extremely helpful, first replacing the heating element in my oven, he arrived the next day and replaced it then and there. Then a week later I had an issue with my washing machine, again he was quick to come out to take a look, unfortunately we needed a new machine but Ben provided and installed a new one, took away the old one and checked all was working as it should be. I couldn't be more grateful for all his help. I highly recommend BB appliances for any work you need done.

    Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer Repair

    Ben arrived promptly as arranged and within 5 minutes had diagnosed the fault with my White Knight Tumble Dryer. Ben had the replacement part so was able to replace without out the necessity of a return visit. My Zanussi Washing machine had a leak and on investigation I was advised although the repairs could be carried out, as the machine was 20 years old it was my decision to decide if it was viable to carry out the repairs. Ben was prompt professional and had excellent communication skills, by explained the fault and pricing fairly. I have no hesitation at all in highly recommending Ben.
