I called Ben a few days ago about a couple of issues with my washing machine, we arranged a visit to make the repairs, this was within a few days. On the day, Ben called to confirm his anticipated arrival time. He came and fixed the problems, treated my home respectfully... we had a chat while he worked - very personable, friendly... Cannot recommend this local firm enough. Great value for money. Thank you.

I had a problem with my tumble drier and problem was resolved on the first visit. Ben visited on the agreed date, within the timeframe specified. Friendly guy who fixed the problem. Would recommend and if needed will use again.

I was recommended Ben and got in contact with him regarding our Rangemaster oven door that was not shutting correctly. He came and resolved this issue and when he was visiting us we mentioned that the element on our grill was broken. He then gave us a quote to get this work done and came back a few days later to fit the part. He was very accommodating, especially as our baby was asleep upstairs and he did the job very quietly!
