  Verge pointing repaired

  Crumbling cement along with a row of tiles, removed from the front to rear of the house. Tiles made good and replaced with clips and new cement, all to a very high standard. Scaffolding erected and dismantled and the area left clean and tidy. Very please with the outcome.

  Repair Leak Under Solar Panel

  Leak under my 13 year old solar panels coming into the upstairs bedroom. Paul rang me up after contacting him through check-a-trade and he came round the next day to survey the issue. Was very knowledgeable and had a good initial idea of what the problem was. A quote came in via email the next day and we agreed a suitable time for the repairs. All work was carried out within a couple of days with the solar panels removed at my request. Replaced any broken slates and after we ran a leak test with the hose the leak is now gone. Top notch work.

  Installation of New EDpm Gully covering

  Repairs were needed to the gully between our garage and our neighbour's garage. It was arranged by our neighbour and the cost was shared. Paul was very helpful, explained the extent of the problem and the work needed, he did a good job, on time, as per the quote and left the site tidy. In addition he worked in partnership with the team repairing the fascia boards on the front of both garages which ensured all the work was done without any hassle. We would be happy to use Paul again, should any further roof work be required.

  Removing and recementing roof and gable ridge tiles

  Our roof ridge had visible gaps between the tiles. After communications with Paul he provided a quote to relay the roof ridge and gable tiles which we accepted. Paul contacted us beforehand to inform us of timing for scaffolding arrival and for the work to be done. Weather was on our side and was all completed to plan. Paul kept us informed throughout and advised on the condition of other parts of the roof and kindly repaired an exposed gable end as part of the work he carried out while the scaffolding was in place. I would recommend Paul to others for similar work.

  Full replacement roof

  Had my original roof replaced as was starting to have issues with it. The original roof was unfelted but the tiles and batons were removed with minimal mess and then felted and batoned with the old tiles being recycled. The weather at the start of the job was changeable but Paul always ensured that I was dry. Polite, friendly and helpful throughout as well as keeping everything as clean and tidy as possible. I am very happy with the new roof that he's installed and think that it shows that Paul takes a personal pride in getting the right results. I would recommend to use without a doubt.
