He delivered on his promises, adhered to the quoted price, and provided a detailed breakdown of the work. The scaffolding was removed the day after completion, and the work area was left very tidy. He was a pleasant and hardworking individual. the work was completed to a very high standard.

The cement flaunching around our chimney pot had failed causing water to run through the chimney lining and down into our fireplace hearth and log burner. As we live in a grade 2 listed thatched cottage we were concerned that any repair was undertaken correctly and any scaffolding erected didn’t compromise the thatch. Paul did a fantastic job in identifying and rectifying the problem. He removed and cleared the old cement and reflaunched the whole area. We were recommended Bayliss Roofing from a good friend of mine, Paul came round and was very professional with his knowledge and answered all of are questions and gave us some good ideas. We had his quote in a sort time which was very competitive, once we had agreed he gave us a date and started on this day after the scaffolding had been put around the house. They made a lovely job of bedding on all the hips and ridges and they replaced all of the fascia with brown plastic and fitted all deep flow guttering and downpipes, we are over the moon with their workmanship, fully recommend.

Paul was great to deal with. Very responsive, and got the job done far faster than I anticipated. The quality of his work looks good, and additionally he cleaned the moss off the roof while he was there.
