  Lovely, professional gentleman

  Two mains-connected fire alarms were replaced. Steve attended the job promptly and at the agreed time. He was very personable and friendly, but remained professional. Furthermore, he answered our questions regarding fire-safety as it turns out he can do fire assessments as well! I would definately recommend him again and will consider him in the future should be need any alarms or security.

  The communication was excellent. Battons were very quick to respond to our request and arranged a suitable time for viewing. They quoted us very quickly and with a reasonable price. They arrived exactly when they said they would, super polite and helpful. The quality of the job is top notch. Leaving no mess or horrible marks. Very happy with the whole experience, I would definitely recommend.
