Fantastic experience with Battons Fire &Security. Steve was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, organised and punctual. He fitted a wireless smoke detection system and took the time to explain how everything worked, making sure I was completely comfortable before he left. He also fitted smoke alarm and heat alarm across three properties. The whole service was excellent, and he genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. Outstanding customer service from start to finish. I would highly recommend Battons Fire & Security and Steve!

Quick, knowledgeable and reasonably priced.

Steve did a great Fire Risk Assessment of the Flat block of 4. Very detailed and 2 outstanding booklets. He walked me round showing me his recommendations and answered all my questions. Would highly recommend.

Steve replaced 2 smoke detectors. Very professional, friendly, on time and tidy. Very pleased with them.

Steve was great! Alarm was going off randomly - Steve was working in area and offered to come take a look with no obligation. Came, saw and sorted that same day. Very nice gentleman too!

Excellent company. I am a builder and property developer in London so know plenty about trades and service. My parents in law in Taunton had an alarm going off and as my team were miles away, Steve turned up in 40 mins and solved it. All for less than £100. I'd have charged more.. Delightful to deal with.
