  Leak under bathroom floor

  Needed existing tiles and flooring lifted up, leak source investigated, work with insurance once identified and then put everything back with new tiles to replace the old ones that were removed in what is a wet room. This all began with the tiles lifting up and gaps in grouting beginning. BKS came relatively quickly to hunt down the problem and even pulled in favors to get it all finally finished off as above (restoring) just before Christmas. While everyone else would b e heading off to holidays they did work and even came back to check in on the quality of the work.

  Bathroom renovation

  We were so pleased with the service from George and BK Specialists who renovated our bathroom at the end of 2025. It was our first big renovation project, and it was such a relief to be working with a professional, caring company that paid attention to detail. George had a good balance between working with our vision but also challenging it in the right places so that we didn't make decisions we'd later regret. The workmanship was excellent and he has been back since to deal with the few (normal) minor snags. Contactable, reliable and overall thoroughly recommended!

  Our first bathroom renovation is now complete, and we could not be happier. George and his team were excellent throughout. The bathroom is spotless. They worked thoroughly and quickly resolved any unexpected issues. George was also extremely responsive, which made a real difference during what can be a busy and at times stressful period when building works are underway in your flat. Would not hesitate to recommend!

  Highly recommended bathroom fitters

  George and his team have recently installed a new bathroom into our house. They were outstanding throughout the process from planning to completion. The work was carried out on time to the agreed schedule and budget. They were always on time and kept the disruption to a minimum cleaning up at the end of each day. I would highly recommend this company for any bathroom project you have. The work is completed to a very high standard and they were very keen to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction.

  The team from BK Specialists did a fantastic job with our new bathroom. From advice at the planning stage, to dealing with challenges as the job progressed. They treated the house with care and left it as clean and tidy every day as possible. We love the finished product! Thanks again.
