I couldn’t recommend George and Misha more highly. They completely refurbished my bathroom and did an outstanding job from start to finish. They were incredibly helpful, hardworking and professional throughout process. We hit a few unexpected snags due to the antiquated pipework and the communal plumbing setup in my building. They handled everything with such calm and competence. They liaised directly with my estate manager and the building’s specialist plumbers, taking all the stress out and leaving me with an stunning bathroom. I couldn't be happier!

George and the team delivered an excellent service. From supporting me to buy the goods to protecting my flooring and cleaning up everyday. They were courteous and always available. They were always on time and delivered a new bathroom in the timeframe that was given. The standard of the fitting was excellent and l would recommend them and will use them again.

George and the team were excellent from the word go. He communicated first off that they might be delayed on the previous job by a couple of days but was able to squeeze me in last minute in between jobs. The job was completed on time and to a great standard. I even asked one part to be readjusted and it was done quickly with no complaints. I’d highly recommend. Genuinely nice guy too

George was AWESOME at being responsive and having attention to detail to give me my dream bathroom. The walls of my bathroom were over 100 years old so very uneven and they took the initiative to resurface all - in the face of adversity they work efficiently to find a solution. Bob was the main man that made it happen - he was super hard working and responsive!

George and Misha did such a fantastic job in transforming our bathroom - it looks amazing! From start to finish George was so responsive in providing us with information and clarifications. George was upfront and transparent which we really appreciated. We worked with Prestige Bathrooms and George met with us to pick out our fittings etc. The service between BKS and Prestige was fantastic. George and Misha (and their team) were so hardworking and reliable. Extremely tidy and courteous of our house. The work they produced was of an extremely high standard. Thank you so much!

Excellent service and I would highly recommend. George was a pleasure to work with, providing very honest and prompt communication, while Misha and Sam were extremely courteous and also careful with their work. We had a hiccup with toilet dimensions but they were able solve it quickly.
