Can’t praise Basingstoke Water Softeners highly enough. The office staff were very friendly & explained everything. Peter the engineer on the day was excellent and went above and beyond. We had a softener installed 5 years ago when we moved into our new build, and we've just had a 5 year health check. Our softener has worked perfectly with no issues and we've had a great experience with Basingstoke Softeners! Easy to book, always on time and excellent service. Excellent service, from start to finish! The softener is doing just what I wanted it to, and all the team members I spoke to were delightful.
