10 Installation of new water softener

From my first phone call to Basingstoke Water Softeners to the installation I have had first class advice and customer service. The office staff are delightful and very helpful and Tim our installations engineer was professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company and their prices are competitive too! I placed an on-line order for some block salt and was subsequently given a planned delivery date and time window. Updated again via email to advise me that delivery was still to plan. Following a near catastrophic failure of my water softener, Basingstoke Water Softeners came to my rescue. Having no water for two days over a weekend was relieved by their engineer rerouting the water to bypass the softener followed by, two days later, replacing the fittings on the unit.
