Job location: GU52I couldn’t be happier with the service from Basingstoke Water Softeners. From the initial enquiry through to the installation, everything was handled professionally and with no pressure whatsoever. The installation was neat, tidy and completed to a very high standard, with plenty of time taken to explain how everything worked and answer all of my questions. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that clearly takes pride in both its workmanship and customer service. The difference the water softener has made has been noticeable almost immediately. Water softener looked decidedly grim when I was putting new blocks in. Actually expected engineer to say it was beyond help. Peter spent a long time on a very hot day cleaning it out and restoring it to life. At all times he was professional, polite and friendly. A really fine ambassador for the company.
