Tim provided excellent service on our water softener, which we've had for just over four years. While removing the unit, he discovered a small leak in the pipes. He promptly replaced the faulty pipes and clips, thoroughly cleaned the unit, and ensured everything was working perfectly before leaving. New to the concept of having a water softener we went to the showroom in April and met Glenn. Glenn gave us a comprehensive overview of softeners, the choices, benefits and we were able to see one fitted. Fast forward to July and a request for a quote, quote came back quickly along with assistance with the drinking water tap we were planning to have fitted. The Kinetico premier compact was fitted this month and we are delighted, not only that we have a softener but the exceptional service we have received.
