Job location: RG7A really friendly team of professionals catering for all your water softener and Quooker needs. We wanted one company to supply and instal a water softener and Quooker Combi and Cube, with softened water to the Combi and unsoftened water to the Cube. Steven did a superb instal, and Glenn and Mel have been very responsive and helpful pre and post sales. Highly recommended.10 Protect your boiler with a twintec softener for another 23 Years

Our 23 year old softener was on its last legs when I popped into Basingstoke Softeners to buy a new one where the office admin lady was excellent in sorting out a fabulous new softener deal and fixed a installation date for their installer was also excellent and got the new one fitted in an afternoon no mess all done and good operating instructions and testing kit. Job location: RG30We've been with Basingstoke Softeners for a number of years now. They fitted our new kinetico softener and did a marvellous job. The installer was very informative, helpful, neat and tidy. We have a salt delivery, which they do on a regular basis always ensuring it's left in a safe place. We've just had Pete out to service, our daughters water softener in her new home in Reading, he was very efficient and very thorough. When we call the office, Tracey goes out of her way to help with enquiries and is very pleasant to deal with. We recently moved into a new property with a water softener and Basingstoke Water Softeners have provided salt and a service on the softener. Their service has been prompt and efficient.
