I couldn’t be happier with the service from Basingstoke Water Softeners. From the initial enquiry through to the installation, everything was handled professionally and with no pressure whatsoever. The installation was neat, tidy and completed to a very high standard, with plenty of time taken to explain how everything worked and answer all of my questions. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that clearly takes pride in both its workmanship and customer service. The difference the water softener has made has been noticeable almost immediately. Excellent service all round. Highly recommend.

Great service and advice

From getting the quote to installing the new water softener the team were brilliant, Mel was great In getting the quote and booking the job in. Peter the installer was fantastic, did a great job and very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend. Thanks

Water softener looked decidedly grim when I was putting new blocks in. Actually expected engineer to say it was beyond help. Peter spent a long time on a very hot day cleaning it out and restoring it to life. At all times he was professional, polite and friendly. A really fine ambassador for the company. By the way, the call handlers are top notch too! Great service and a great job all round.

Second time I've ordered but upgraded to a subscription service , was kept informed of the delivery at all times and it even turned up before the estimated time. Delivery was made to my back door so moving it was a doddle, your driver is Simon is a gem.
