Gave advice over the phone out of regular working hours when our old water softener was pouring out water and immediately booked in for an engineer to visit within 48 hours. Deemed not worth repairing existing system so gave options, quotes and advice on new water softener. Gave a very good price and fitted new one quickly. Everyone I dealt with from MD over the phone out of hours, on site engineer and ladies in the office were very professional, helpful and would 100% recommend.
