  Excellent service from start to finish. They were polite, prompt at getting back in touch, and completed the job to a high standard. The work was done efficiently, everything was explained clearly, and the pricing was very reasonable. Really pleased with the overall service and would definitely recommend.

  Outside Tap Installation

  I recently had an outside tap installed and couldn’t be happier with the service. The job turned out to be more complicated than originally expected, but Dave handled everything professionally and confidently from start to finish. He was incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to explain the issue, and came up with a great solution without any fuss. He was also really friendly and approachable throughout, and once the work was completed he left everything clean and tidy. It’s clear he takes real pride in his work. I’d highly recommend him to anyone!

  New bathroom fitted.

  Quality of the job was fine but sadly let themselves down with poor finishing. 6 weeks after work began on new bathroom, a loose fitting causing a leak was identified as the cause of having no hot water. On calling back the firm to fix their fault, I was told to wait 7 days as they were away. They refuse to send anyone or to pay for the work to be carried out, preferring me to wait to the 7th week for my hot water. No apology even. In addition, nothing was written down, leaving wide open for misunderstanding. Payments were separate to tradesman which was confusing and laborious.

  Sarah you were over the moon when we finished. We agreed to invoice individually as I’m VAT registered and they are not, therefore it saves you money otherwise it would be 20% across the board and we saved you £900 in doing so. You had your boiler repaired 3 weeks ago and you said you had a small drip on the towel rail 2 days ago. I’m away this week and I’m happy to come on Monday morning which you declined. You are under guarantee and I am a one man band. I have been very reasonable and always treated you with respect so I don’t know where this is coming from?

  Cylinder insulation

  Excellent service, very professional,, arrived at the times and dates arranged. The new cylinder has increased my hot water pressure enormously and I no longer have a tank of water in my loft. There was no pressure from David to purchase anything extra or to make the job more complicated than it needed to be. No hidden extras. Price quoted was the price I paid. Extremely helpful and took all the old equipment and rubbish away. He even hoovered up afterwards! I would definitely use this company again.

  Leak from mains pipe into house

  David made time to come out in an emergency, to repair leaking mains pipe which was under a kitchen unit. David is incredibly reliable and conscientious. I would not hesitate in recommending him. Thank you David.

  Dave is a very polite, professional tradesman. He kept me informed throughout on the progress of the job and respected my home. I would definitely use Dave again and this is the second job he has done for me. I would highly recommend Dave.
