  I had two areas of damp proofing done which included stud walls with insulated plasterboard around a large window in a Victorian property finished with really smooth plastering. Electrical socket was expertly repositioned and a new skirting board. Ian and his team have been very efficient in their work dealing with multiple areas of damp proofing in my home with high ceilings. Quality of the work is top notch and I’d recommend them to anyone in Liverpool.

  Treated rising damp in living room and hall way.

  All work was carried out on time and when arranged. Completed when promised and I was kept informed where they were up to. They were also approachable, good lads and professional. Kept mess to a minimal and cleaned up before they left. I would definitely recommend.

  Damp Proofing

  Ian tackled a whole wall which was really really bad with penetrating damp and mould. He is professional, no nonsense, straight to the point, and cares about what he does. The work was carried out swiftly and to an amazing standard. Him and his workers were really nice guys too. I am very pleased with his work and would recommend him fully. Thank you so much Ian. 11/10

  Rising damp across whole ground floor of victoriana property.

  After many years of damp walls and being told ridiculous things by different people Ian and Barrier Property care were recommended to us. Ian came, checked our walls and confirmed that we had damp throughout our ground floor except for the lounge! We agreed a price and a date to get the work done. Ian and his workers have arrived every morning at 7.45 and have worked hard for 7 days . They have done a brilliant, thorough job and have left the house tidy every night. We can't thank or recommend Isn and his great team enough! A great job done.

  Damp course on walls

  We had an issue with what we thought may be wet or dry rot and the first person we had out to check said we had both . He went around with a damp meter which showed red on almost all of our downstairs walls and then proceeded to give me an extortionate quote. I contacted Ian wanting a second opinion. He came round, checked all the walls with a damp meter which did not show red on all of the same walls that the other guy checked, told us we only had wet rot and then proceeded to give me a fantastic quote. Work date was agreed, Ian and team arrived promptly at 8am on such date and completed all
