  4/6/2026 I had a damp course done. Very happy with the work carried out, left the job areas clean and tidy when they finished. I would recommend!

  Really happy with the work carried out. The team were friendly, turned up when they said they would, and explained everything clearly. The job was done to a great standard and they left the place clean and tidy afterwards. Communication was good throughout and the whole process was straightforward. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing work done.

  Reliable no nonsense job done

  Barrier were recommended to me by an estate agent and they didn’t let me down. Great damp proof job done with no fuss and no surprises. Ian did the work he was professional & didn’t leave any mess and I was happy with the price. I can definitely recommend Barrier property care

  Damp under floor assessment

  Got in contact quickly and arrived at property really promptly. Gave some excellent advice / guidance on some damp we had under old flooring and very kindly didn’t charge us for anything. Would definitely recommend, really good, professional and friendly.

  Ian and his team recently installed a damp course and repaired water damage in our sitting room and hall. The quality of the work was excellent, fully re plastering both rooms including the ceiling. We were very impressed with the whole team, they were friendly and polite and cleaned up before leaving each day. The quote we received was very competitive and Ian’s knowledge was evident from the start. I have no hesitation in recommending Barrier and will certainly use them again in the future.

  Damp remedy

  My property needed pretty extensive work doing to the entire downstairs to remedy the damp that was penetrating. Ian and his team did a very efficient and impressive job insulating the walls, re-plastering and fitting a PIV in the loft space. Reasonably priced and would highly recommend to anyone.
