Not only were Ian and the team very professional throughout, as reflected in the quality of their work, it was the small but important additional things which made a big difference. Despite not being part of the original request, Ian also boxed in surface running pipes, redid some old plaster work, and even pointed out a leaking gutter I was not previously aware of that would have inevitably led to future problems, all at no extra cost and within the original time frame. I would definitely recommend them.

Ian and his team carried out damp proofing to the ground floor of our property, left everything clean and tidy when work was completed and arrived on time, they were efficient, friendly and polite. Would highly recommend.

I had two areas of damp proofing done which included stud walls with insulated plasterboard around a large window in a Victorian property finished with really smooth plastering. Electrical socket was expertly repositioned and a new skirting board. Ian and his team have been very efficient in their work dealing with multiple areas of damp proofing in my home with high ceilings. Quality of the work is top notch and I’d recommend them to anyone in Liverpool.

All work was carried out on time and when arranged. Completed when promised and I was kept informed where they were up to. They were also approachable, good lads and professional. Kept mess to a minimal and cleaned up before they left. I would definitely recommend.

Ian tackled a whole wall which was really really bad with penetrating damp and mould. He is professional, no nonsense, straight to the point, and cares about what he does. The work was carried out swiftly and to an amazing standard. Him and his workers were really nice guys too. I am very pleased with his work and would recommend him fully. Thank you so much Ian. 11/10
