  My central heating system is 20 years old and the printed circuit board needed replacing. Stuart went out of his way to give me advice on how to obtain this part, as it wasn't being made any more. Nick, the engineer, was super-efficient installing the part and also sorting out my diverter (to select hot water or heating), which was playing up. I was also surprised how reasonable the bill was after the work was carried out.

  We have always received an excellent service fro Banstead Boilers Ltd. Appointments are quick and Engineer arrival prompt. Nick, who has looked after us is very courteous, professional and thorough with the works. Would definitely recommend Banstead Boilers without any hesitation.

  Great service

  We had a leak from our hot water cylinder. Stuart gave us the option to repair or replace with no pressure to do either. We decided to replace it. A week after the first visit the job was complete. We are very pleased with the service provided and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Banstead boilers

  Hello. Thank you for the feedback really appreciate it. We will always offer a few options and on this occasion with the age of the cylinder and cost of parts , plus just buying the property a new efficient cylinder was a good choice.

  Excellent - Worth every penny.

  They arrived promptly, and took the stress out quite a complex emergency situation, (involving both plumbing and electricals, with challenging access), correctly diagnosing the problem, putting in place temporary remedial solutions, before returning, as promised and on time, to finish the job. Clean work, well presented, polite, service professionals, rapid quote to completion. No negatives. Worth every penny. We will be using them for upgrade work with confidence.

  Gas boiler and water pump removal

  This was not just a boiler instillation , it was also to remove a water pump and fit new vales to all radiators prior to a system power flush . Mike and Scott were very professional in all the works carried out and I would fully recommend this company
