    Gas boiler service plus

    As per usual the gas boiler service and certification was carried out in a thoroughly professional manner. We also had an issue with water pouring from the overflow pipe from the header tank in the loft. The engineer fixed the problem by replacing the ball valve. Excellent service as always. Highly recommended.

    Hot water not working

    After a power cut we had an error code which meant that the controller unit of the hot water did not work thus we lost our water heating. I called Stuart, and Nick came out the same day and sorted it all out very quickly. I have now used Banstead Boilers a number of times and you can be sure they will pick up when you call, come out to you quickly and when they say, and do a great job for a fair price. Until this changes I will call no one else.

    Replacing valve

    In response to my phone call, a plumber arrived the next day. He was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly, supplying and fitting the valve in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommended.

    Moved a radiator further along a wall.

    New boiler installation

    Unbelievably good response and service. I called Banstead Boilers at 5.10pm when my elderly mother’s boiler failed. Stuart met me there at 11.30am the next day - Friday. After agreeing the boiler was unfixable(due to its age - 25 yrs) we agreed on a replacement to be fitted the following Monday (amazing)! 30 mins later a phone call asked if they could start immediately, which they did - even more amazing! In short, they completed the replacement at 4.30 that afternoon - incredible- so my vulnerable Mum had hot water and heating again on the same day. I cannot thank Stuart and team enough !
