  I had B&W carry out damp proofing on a chimney breast in my home, and I’m extremely satisfied with the entire experience. From the start, the team was professional, punctual, and transparent. On the days of the job, they arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left the area spotless. The quality of the work is outstanding - the damp issue has been resolved (for now, at least). They also provided a Certificate of Guarantee. I highly recommend B&W to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality damp proofing.   My house required Wood Preservation Treatment in 3 loft spaces. The service from this family run business was excellent. They promptly came out to conduct a survey, then returned subsequently to complete the treatment. The two specialist staff (Harvey and Louis) were polite, professional, tidy and respectful of the carpets and house. They were a pleasure throughout the process and worked very hard in the difficult and cramped loft spaces. I would have no hesitation in recommending this Company.

  The men doing the work turned up at 8am, they explained what they were doing, they were very polite and easy to talk to, the work was done to a very high standard. The house was tidy and clean as best as possible after the work. We were very happy with the service, definitely recommend B & W for damp proof work.

  Timber treatment

  Great customer service - highly recommend this company. We used B&W Damp and Timber to treat the timbers in our converted barn, it was a big job that took the team a week to carry out. All the people were really professional, helpful and lovely to deal with, from the point of survey (Jocasta was really knowledgeable and took plenty of time to guide us through what was required), the office support, through to the timber treatment team - Louis was fantastic and really went the extra mile.
