We couldn't recommend B & W Damp and Timber Preservation Specialists enough! Bob and Rob came to repair our damp proof course which included removing the old plaster and render back to brick, drilling and reinstating a new damp proof course, re rendering and replastering. It was a huge job and we couldn't believe how much of an outstanding job they did in such a short space of time. They were absolutely meticulous throughout and explained their work as they went to help us understand. They are both a credit to the company.

On the days of the job, they arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left the area spotless. The quality of the work is outstanding - the damp issue has been resolved (for now, at least). The whole process from initial survey to completion of the work was very professional. We were kept informed of the procedure throughout. The work carried out was excellent and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

My house required Wood Preservation Treatment in 3 loft spaces. The service from this family run business was excellent. They promptly came out to conduct a survey, then returned subsequently to complete the treatment. The two specialist staff (Harvey and Louis) were polite, professional, tidy and respectful of the carpets and house. They were a pleasure throughout the process and worked very hard in the difficult and cramped loft spaces. I would have no hesitation in recommending this Company.

The men doing the work turned up at 8am, they explained what they were doing, they were very polite and easy to talk to, the work was done to a very high standard. The house was tidy and clean as best as possible after the work. We were very happy with the service, definitely recommend B & W for damp proof work.
