Right from the initial quotation through to finished job and a return visit to solve one more problem, B&M were excellent. Jenna in the office is prompt to reply, very friendly, accommodating and efficient. Wayne is really good at his job, discusses all relevant issues and does a very thorough job. Very willing to return if any further issues. Impressive and worth the cost. I highly recommend.

This is the second time I have used B&M Double Glazing and once again I am very pleased with the service I received from start to finish. They have a good team who are very knowledgable and were extremely helpful in finding me a solution to a particular type of door handle that I required. I would not hesitate to use them again and would recommend them without a doubt.

From the first call that I had letting me know when Wayne their fitter would be up to take a look at the window/patio door. Wayne arrived on time the day he was booked to come and was really pleasant, then got a phone call the next day letting me know how much it would be and when they would come and do it. This all happened within 2 weeks. Wayne and Dan have been here this morning at 8.30 as arranged and got straight on with the job all done within an hour. I asked them to check a couple of other issues and they were more than willing to help. Lovely guys and very clean.

This is our second time of using Dan and Team. We had been putting off replacing three misty windows because of our internal shutters. We were nervous about if they could do it without damaging them. We definitely didn’t need to have been as you would never know what they had to do to get to the glass. Their workmanship was outstanding. Great quality replacement service and they managed to match the lead diamonds too. Professional, great price and highly recommend. Will 100% use again and have already recommended to friends who have also been delighted.

So pleased we found B and M (one of the recommended installers for Teams Windows) We were so impressed with Danny and his team. Their honesty, professionalism and communication throughout the process was really excellent. We needed our bi-folds doors replacing quite urgently as they were letting in water and couldn't be repaired. From quote to installation it was only 4 weeks. Furthermore, Danny or a member of his team replied to all of my emails within the hour and called me at every stage of the process to keep me updated. The finished product looks fantastic and we couldn't be happier.
