  Excellent all through

  Right from the initial quotation through to finished job and a return visit to solve one more problem, B&M were excellent. Jenna in the office is prompt to reply, very friendly, accommodating and efficient. Wayne is really good at his job, discusses all relevant issues and does a very thorough job. Very willing to return if any further issues. Impressive and worth the cost. I highly recommend.

  Replacing a bedroom window

  Excellent work from Jack and Brad at Shaws. Arrived on time, in fact a bit early, took care, protected carpets and stairs, did an excellent job and tidied up thoroughly after. Jack popped back the next morning to show us how to lock/unlock the window which we thought we understood. Very kind. Thanks Shaws, highly recommended.

  The whole job of repair and refitting was excellent from start to finish. Principle Kitchens & Carpentry is a local company which I like to use and Peter Hodgin is excellent in all aspects of the work: very informative, takes time to understand exactly what you need, what the options and costs are. Estimates and prices are accurate; they are tidy, punctual, hard working and considerate. Work is of a very high standard and little extra details not a problem. I would definitely recommend Principle Kitchens & Carpentry and will be using them again. Thanks Peter.

  Prompt response to our enquiry and a thorough investigation of what we required. Good and detailed quote for the work. Robbie seems to be much more knowledgeable than others we have encountered which is very helpful. He is honest about challenges and gives good options for solutions. Excellent, quick and tidy work.   Excellent work once again. Plenty of time spent on talking through and advising on the job; accurate pricing; flexible in amending and clear checking of what was actually to be done. Very cooperative with neighbours and tidy. Got on with the job; very pleasant and good humoured. Appreciated the hot drinks on a miserable February day! Really good work and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
