B&K are a thoroughly honest and decent company to deal with. We experienced an issue with some work they carried out, and unlike so many companies, they went above and beyond to resolve it. Their communication has been excellent throughout, their engineers are skilled and courteous, and the office staff are efficient and professional. It’s refreshing to find a company that truly stands by its work and values its customers. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommended.
