What should have been a simple fix turned into a much more complex job due to a few unknown 'quirks' of my bathroom! the plumber was really communicative throughout the process and checked everything with me before doing it. I really appreciated that he soldered through as we were both not expecting the job to end up as complicated as it did! I would use this company again

Good communication keeping me well informed of what the plan / time scale was - prepared to reorganise things to get my job done asap very impressed - the workmanship was second to none very caring and listening to my requirements and making sure that every thing was in order before the work commenced - since I am a designer by trade these people are so rare these days so a big thank you for looking outside the box which is some times needed in my line of work

I had what I thought was a small leak in a joint on the shower. Turned out to be a lot worse. Scott did a fantastic job in getting replacement parts. and upgrading the fitting. It took longer that I thought - started on the Wednesday, but due to getting the parts and the weekend, it was finished on the Monday. Will definately use B&K again.

The guys turned up punctually, and got straight to work. work was completed in a timely, and safe manner, resulting in exactly what I requested. Cleaned up after they finished, so very happy.

We have a heating system leak. Even after telling them what the issue was they came out and said they couldn’t do anything as the boiler was fine (£165)and they would be in touch to arrange a repair. No phone call so I chased them myself. Another man came out and had a look where we thought we could hear a leak but couldn’t find it. He then said the boiler was faulty so they would need to come back. The other guy came back (from the 1st visit) said he didn’t know why he was sent back and seemed disinterested. Lost all confidence at this point so cancelled further work. Charged another £170
