Great communication before regarding time of arrival. Professional and polite tradesperson. Attention to detail and tidy up after was great. Didn't expect everything to be tidied away and things put back. Would use again.

Taken too long to post this, only my circumstances so not sure about exact date but definitely May🙄 Nathan(?) was brilliant. Didn't think younger people still had this attitude. Was very patient with my questions and happy to advise. B&K were professional from start to finish. Will definitely recommend & use again. Well done.

Had Scotty the plumber out to inspect a potential leak under my shower. Did a thorough inspection and also did some extra silicon work whilst he was here. Very experienced in his trade of work, very happy!

The service engineer Karl was very polite and cheerful. He did a good job of servicing the boiler and explained what he was doing as he went along. I highly recommend B&K for good customer service.
