  From start to finish Chris and his team were amazing. They communicated every step of the way and offered advice and better alternatives when we were not sure. The finished garden looks incredible and I am over the moon!

  Block paved driveway

  Second time I've had work done within the past year and as before very happy with the result. The block paved driveway looks great. Rain caused a delay in finishing, and where I think most contractors would have sanded the drive despite this, Dan waited until it was dry to be done properly. Would definitely recommend, a professional service from start to finish.

  Garden Renovation

  We are absolutely delighted with our transformed garden! From start to finish, communication was faultless. Chris was incredibly knowledgeable and gave us great advice throughout the process. The team on site did a fantastic job, skilled, tidy, and always courteous. The quality of their work exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t be happier with the result.   Repairing drain inspection cover

  Balfour did a good job of repairing a poorly installed manhole cover. Although, the start date slipped by one day they communicated the change clearly, so we knew what was happening. This was not the first time we had used them and as always the quality of work, desire to do things properly rather than just get them done and consideration and courtesy while they were working were all reassuringly present. We would use them again and have and will recommend them to friends, family etc.

  Creation of Media Wall in Living Room

  We have used Chris and his team countless times over the years and as always, the service, attention to detail, attentiveness and overall quality was second to none. Chris and his team created a bespoke media wall to house a glass fireplace, tv and soundbar. We worked on designing it together and overcame any problems collaboratively so that we were happy with the final result. It has transformed our living room and makes it a place we love to spend time in. Cannot recommend Balfour enough!

  New extension, patio, paths and engineered wood flooring

  I was very impressed with Balfour from the outset when Chris came and gave the initial quote and made various helpful suggestions. He kept me updated re timescales and everything wrnt according to plan. Chris, Dan and the team were extremely hard-working and very polite - even the neighbours commented on how impressed they were with the guys. I now have a fabulous extension and a beautiful patio and paths in the garden. The guys then came back and laid engineered wood flooring in a number of rooms. I have now booked them in for another job!
