  Unfortunately we had a terrible experience and we can not recommend him. He started work at our property on the 22nd September to do a full bathroom installation, this was supposed to be completed in 2 weeks. He damaged over £1k of porcelain tiles which could not be rectified and left us with no bathroom! We are still trying to sort his mess out now on the 28th October! We will not have a working bathroom for months because of this man. All his plumbing has had to be redone due to leaks through our kitchen ceiling and we will be in a mess for a long time.

  Nick did a great job for us. He was prompt and punctual when providing, knowledgeable and instilled confidence in his ability to do the job, kept the house as clean and tidy as possible during the work, and left us very pleased with the new bathrooms.

  Toilet repair

  Nick was really nice and arrived on time. He was pleasant and courteous, not smoking or playing loud music. He just got on with the job and didn't stop until he was done. He even went above and beyond in replacing the flush button of the toilet, so I was really pleased. Also cleaned up after. Excellent job and chuffed that he would take the smaller jobs that some won't.

  Professional, punctual, quality work carried out; ewhen he said it would be, with quick turnaround and price was as quoted. Happy with the work carried out, would use Balance Bespoke Bathrooms again.
