Nick was really nice and arrived on time. He was pleasant and courteous, not smoking or playing loud music. He just got on with the job and didn't stop until he was done. He even went above and beyond in replacing the flush button of the toilet, so I was really pleased. Also cleaned up after. Excellent job and chuffed that he would take the smaller jobs that some won't.

Professional, punctual, quality work carried out; ewhen he said it would be, with quick turnaround and price was as quoted. Happy with the work carried out, would use Balance Bespoke Bathrooms again.

Balance bespoke bathrooms. Nick listered exactly to what I wanted. gave a fare quote and estimated time for completion. The job was not straight forward as the property is old and drainage not standard. Nick came up with imaginative solutions. Nick was punctual and a clean worker. I am more than happy with my new smallest room. Would certainly recommend Balance bespoke bathrooms to friends and family.
