An engineer attended and fixed one issue with our shower. Unfortunately they failed to address the main issue of it frequently going freezing cold. I contacted the office again to ask what could be done in this situation and received no response. I feel utterly ripped off - partially having paid a large sum for a partial repair, but mostly for being ignored after requesting next steps or for the repair to be completed.

Firstly, may I apologise that no-one has come back to you, may I ask when you phoned us? I can see that the job was carried out on Thursday 5th. March but we have no record of a call since then.
If you would contact us and explain the nature of the problem I am sure we will be able to help or at least recommend a further course of action.
We would certainly not intentionally ignore a customer, especially one with an issue following work we carried out, so please call me and we can then hopefully be of service.
