  We have recently had a new washing machine installed. We had some good advice at the store and Jon who delivered it was polite, conscientious and happy to answer questions, overall very professional. We have had appliances from Bailey's before and always had an excellent service.

  Appalling service

  I hate writing negative reviews but I was really let down by this company. After waiting for the designated day for a visit, I was told which parts were needed and would be ordered. Then nothing for over a week. When I rang I was told the engineer was on holiday and they couldn’t tell me if he had ordered the part. Another phone call a few days later transpired that nothing had been ordered and when it came it it would be an appointment in another weeks time. We concluded that it would be best if I cancelled the whole job. 3 weeks without the fridge is very difficult. Avoid this company.
