Contacted Baileys Thursday through Check a Trade and was able to be given an appointment for the following Saturday, which they turned up at 9.30am and repair completed by 10am. Very professional service and communication. My only let down was that the repair did not require any new parts and was just a piece of crockery in the drainage motor. I paid the full price for a one off repair of £189. It would of been nice to of been offer a slight cost reduction.

Contacted within 1 hr of enquiry and arranged visit, despite the fact that we fall slightly outside their usual operating area. Price and conditions clearly stated and date confirmed. Tradesman arrived at time agreed and work carried out competently. Very helpful customer service. Excellent. Washing machine broke in morning with full load stuck in machine. Fixed in afternoon. Very impressive
