    Appalling service

    I hate writing negative reviews but I was really let down by this company. After waiting for the designated day for a visit, I was told which parts were needed and would be ordered. Then nothing for over a week. When I rang I was told the engineer was on holiday and they couldn’t tell me if he had ordered the part. Another phone call a few days later transpired that nothing had been ordered and when it came it it would be an appointment in another weeks time. We concluded that it would be best if I cancelled the whole job. 3 weeks without the fridge is very difficult. Avoid this company.

    Great service from people who know what's what!

    Bought a new washing machine. Got lots of information and advice as to which was the best option for me. Staff really friendly. Easy purchase and delivery. They know what they are talking about!

    First class!

    We hope that Baileys and shops like the branch in Fisherton Street,Salisbury will always be there. In a word they are superb. The friendly help and very informative advice we were given on our two visits to the shop, the initial survey, the prompt delivery and the actual fitting of our induction hob and the efficiency of everyone involved made the whole experience worry free and very enjoyable!

    Excellent customer service

    Ordered a new applicance (which wasn't in stock) on a bank holiday weekend and collected it just after lunch on the next working day. Excellent customer service from the team throughout. Thanks.

    Hob installation.

    I went to enquire about changing my induction hob for a ceramic version due to medical needs and I could not be more impressed with the service I received. Special mention for Paul, who not only showed great knowledge, but had it all sorted out for me in no time at all, and the lovely professional who came the same afternoon to fit the new hob and ensure that I was comfortable with its use. A really excellent service all round and I highly recommend them. Thank you!
