Very easy to deal with, from initial contact with Helen to payment after completion. Dave provided quick & reasonable quote within days of initial request, & the job itself was completed 3 days later. The job was the removal of 2 old conifer trees to ground level, reduction in height of a Pittisporum, & reduction in height of a spiky Pyracantha. Pete, Logan & Josh arrived on time, discussed our requirements & then set to work. The Pittisporum was not just reduced in height it was shaped beautifully. The spiky Pyracantha was tamed. Team members arrived on time and despite light rain they started working immediately. Job was undertaken methodically and I was kept fully appraised of what was happening and consulted as and when necessary. All of the team were polite and respectful and I was very pleased with the standard of their work. Everything was tidied up prior to their departure and I will have no hesitation in using their services when the hedge needs further cutting. I can thoroughly recommend this company to anyone needing tree pruning or removal and hedge cutting. If your tree is subject to a TPO or in a conservation area, we will submit the application to the local authority for you.
We hold £10 million public/employer insurance. We cover all areas and offer a 24-hour emergency only call out service.
