Pruned our lime tree back to its main branches - having gained planning permission as it has a TPO. We ask Bailey Bros to do this every two years.

I was very happy with the person who came to look at the work I wanted doing. He was very thorough and promised to find out what was causing a problem with an otherwise healthy Cherry tree, which he did. Helen was very helpful and efficient when planning appointment times. The two members of staff who carried out the pruning were very cheerful, polite, punctual, and took pride in their work. I will definitely recommend Bailey Bros in the future. Estimate was higher than other local tree surgeons but I felt they knew what they were doing, and that was important to me.

Very easy to deal with, from initial contact with Helen to payment after completion. Dave provided quick & reasonable quote within days of initial request, & the job itself was completed 3 days later. The job was the removal of 2 old conifer trees to ground level, reduction in height of a Pittisporum, & reduction in height of a spiky Pyracantha. Pete, Logan & Josh arrived on time, discussed our requirements & then set to work. The Pittisporum was not just reduced in height it was shaped beautifully. The spiky Pyracantha was tamed. Removal of all waste & tidy up was very good. Will use again.

Responsive to the request for a quote, understood what we wanted and the work was carried out very well in without any delay. Guys who came were polite and professional. We felt it was good values and will be using Bailey Brothers again.

Team members arrived on time and despite light rain they started working immediately. Job was undertaken methodically and I was kept fully appraised of what was happening and consulted as and when necessary. All of the team were polite and respectful and I was very pleased with the standard of their work. Everything was tidied up prior to their departure and I will have no hesitation in using their services when the hedge needs further cutting. Very friendly and efficient from the lovely lady who was our first contact, the man who came to assess and estimate the job to the tree surgeons. Arrived on time and cleared up after the work. Very good price too.
