  DMEV Fan fitted in bathroom - excellent job!

  I contacted Billy due to a problem with black mould in my rental property. He replied straight away and arranged to come out the following day. Having visited the property he advised fitting DMEV fans and a PIV unit to reduce moisture and condensation. He supplied a quote on the same day.When requested he also provided an itemised quote as I had decided not to do all of the work in one go. The work was carried out efficiently and left clean and tidy.I would 100% recommend Billy and would use him for work in the future. I really appreciated his prompt replies, advice and efficiency.

  We found BA Dampproofing through google/checkatrade and I’m pleased we did. Billy responded very quickly to my email about the work we needed carrying out in our new family home, he came out a few days later, inspected the flooring and damp to the walls. He gave an honest opinion of work to do and provided the quote same day. He has been very professional and turned up when he said he would, explaining to us what he’d done that day and what needed doing. Worked cleanly and took away the rubbish as said. I wouldn’t hesitate to book for further work in the house. Highly recommend! Thank you!

  On finding a problem with some dampness in a small cupboard under the stairs, Billy initially called in to assess the job. He then sent me a detailed and extremely competitive quote and completed the work yesterday (06/01/2026). I’m so happy with every aspect of his work. He was professional, respectful and totally knew his stuff. I’d happily recommend him to all my friends and family. Thank you Billy.
