After being quoted £3.5k for a full damp proof course, opted for a second opinion with Billy. He gave his honest opinion and said he could offer the same but why not try a quicker solution first as no real signs of damp in the house other than the problem area under the stairs. Installed a vent and sorted the problem wall out, saving me £3k in the process. Very professional, left my house spotless and will definitely use again in the future. Couldn’t recommend enough.
