Repairs and remedials - finding leaks and fixing defects

I have used BA Clark & Son before, so was happy to request their help again to investigate and carry out remedial works on poor work done by others. The work involved removal of fascia panels, identify solutions to stop water ingress into house around bi-fold doors on a balcony. This company has now attended to several remedial works on property and cured most of the defects that others left behind on a major building project.
