The contractor was in touch immediately and a surveyor called the next day. Impresed with efficiency. Had to chase the price after a few days and it was not the cheapset, but still competitive. The initial response to us placing the request was almost immediate and a survey was completed early the next day. The surveyor provided full information and also some advice. I had a leaking roof and old guttering & fascia board I needed fixing/replacing. I received a call from B1 the day I placed the job and a surveyor came up within the next few days to inspect the work. I received a quote by phone shortly after and work began a week later. Work took just over a day to complete, with the roof taking a day each to complete and the guttering/fascia taking about an hour. The team was very polite, friendly and efficient.
