  New Roof, Fasica and Guttering

  I had a leaking roof and old guttering & fascia board I needed fixing/replacing. I received a call from B1 the day I placed the job and a surveyor came up within the next few days to inspect the work. I received a quote by phone shortly after and work began a week later. Work took just over a day to complete, with the roof taking a day each to complete and the guttering/fascia taking about an hour. The team was very polite, friendly and efficient. I have had no issues so far. Very happy with the work.

  Needed quote for roof, was messed around

  So initially I needed a quote for a new roof and they sent a guy to carry it our the issue was getting the quote. I kept chasing andasking and the guy who called was even rude and disrespectful asking me about my insurance company. No work carried out and I would not want it thier lack of professionalism was obscene. Only good thing was the gut who done the survey.

  contacted us for a quotation, which we were happy to assist with. A free site survey was conducted professionally, and he followed up the next morning via WhatsApp. Within just a few hours, I responded, assuring him the quote would be sent later that day—which was fully within a reasonable time frame. Unfortunately, before the end of the day (and before the quote could be issued), he chose to leave a public review stating he had been “messed around” and criticized the business for unprofessionalism. The comments are not only misleading but damaging to our reputation, especially as we provided free assistance and prompt communication, and no contract or roofing service was ever delivered.

  Fit roof vents and replace damaged loft insulation

  Fit roof vents and replace damaged loft insulation. Work was arranged over the phone with William at B1 roofing who sent a surveyor the following day. Upon receiving the go ahead work was completed the following day to the satisfaction of all.
